If I could give Kelly a billion stars I would. I would give Kelly a whole freaking galaxy of stars. Kelly went so above and beyond for me and my family that I could cry. I absolutely could not have sold my house without her. She was with me every step of the way and held my hand while navigating this confusing ordeal. She made sure I knew all of my options and where we were at in the process the whole time. Kelly gets all the stars.

There are not enough good things that I can say about Kelly. She is very easy to communicate with, super responsive, very thorough, and so knowledgeable. I was blessed and cursed in buying and restoring a historic house in the foothills of the Berkshire mountains. I put my inheritance into the project, but ran out of money at about the time I reconnected with an old flame from Rhode Island, and decided to move to the ocean. Lisa took on the challenge of marketing a beautiful, yet unlivable half fixed historic home. Several buyers signed Buy/Sell Agreements that failed due to the complexity of the project - but Lisa graciously hung on until the right buyer eventually was found, and the closing price was as good as could be expected. Out of the 4 offers we made, we had to withdraw 2 of them... she helped us navigate through it with flawless grace. She’s not a pushy car salesman by any means. She noticed things about houses that we completely overlooked, had suggestions for different fixes, etc, and helped us organize to get quotes. We, being gardeners were in love as soon as she started talking about the plants we found on different properties. Kelly fought for us when it came down to negotiating with sellers. She was to the point and got us what we needed every single time. She’s familiar with the Western MA community which was a huge bonus for us... it’s refreshing to have someone on your team that knows what they’re talking about. We purchased a home during a pandemic with a surprisingly competitive buyers market. We felt safe meeting Kelly for viewings; she had protocols that she followed to a t. When we felt we would never find something she would reassure us. She stuck with us for 8 months. If we decide to purchase another property in the future, we will only ever go with Kelly Warren. “It is impossible for us to say enough wonderful things about how helpful Mel was during every step of the process of selling our home and finding the house of our dreams.

At first, we weren’t sure if we wanted to move at all. We were pretty set on fixing up our house and just staying put. But we mentioned to Mel that we were at least curious about what was on the market. She started sending us listings, and we started to get interested in the possibility of moving. There were a number of houses we wanted to see, even though we were pretty sure wouldn’t work for us. We told Mel that we didn’t want her to waste her time showing us houses that we didn’t think we’d buy, but she promised us that seeing houses was just part of the process and she would be fine showing us as many houses as we wanted, even if we never ended up buying any of them. Six or seven showings later, we decided not to move at all, and Mel handled that news without a hint of disappointment or frustration. The thing is, five or so contractor visits later, we realized we didn’t want to fix up our house after all.

By the time we realized we wanted to buy, there weren’t too many houses left on the market. Mel let us know that a house that had been sitting on the market for a few months had its priced reduced. We reminded her that we had already looked at the listing online and that we thought we wouldn’t like it. After Mel assured us again that she didn’t mind showing it to us, we made a plan to go see it. Mel helped us to discover that it was in fact the house of our dreams by going through the house room-by-room and talking through each space’s potential, the work that might be involved, putting us in touch with contractors, etc. She worked an excessive number of hours to make sure we were able to get that house under contract, which took some work given how few houses remained on the market. One of the issues we encountered was complications with financing, since we hadn’t even put our house on the market yet.  Mel, as always, had us covered. She introduced us to a lender that had offices in the valley that was willing to finance the transaction before we sold our old house. That process went far smoother than we feared, and Mel was there every step of the way to assist us as needed.

All of a sudden of course, we were in the position of needing to sell our old house. Mel’s knowledge of the market was indispensable here. She was able to quite accurately assist us in deciding what a sensible asking price would be. Mel helped also helped us to prioritize what to do to get our house on the market, including making cosmetic recommendations, getting us the name of contractors, staging the house with furniture, and setting up a fabulous open house that showed off our house’s best features. What was way above and beyond was that Mel has her own drone that she used to take beautiful aerial photographs of our house and the surrounding area. She also went through every square foot of our house taking photographs, which she used to create a 3D model of the interior house plus a highly accurate floor plan.  This gave potential buyers, particularly out of state buyers, the chance to virtually walk through the house before they even visited. Not to mention that our boys loved it too.

Our old house sold in short order, to out of state buyers. And before we knew it we were happy as could be living in our new house. We just couldn’t possibly be happier with the Mel’s approach and with the results. Mel exceeded our hopes in every way and we would use her again in a snap."

I worked with Maureen to purchase a house in Easthampton. She brings great experience with people, local resources, experience as a contractor, and is very honest and patient. She told me when she thought something would work well, when she thought it would not.

Kelly was an enormous resource. We looked at homes in more than 8 different towns in the area. She knew most rules and any she was unaware of she provided information. This was especially true for the house we purchased where access to underground utilities were unclear and would affect   possibilities for remodeling. It took digging but she got them for us. Most of all, she took great care in learning what we were looking for and helped introduce us to possibilities we had not considered. A great representative for our interests as a buyer. But also a great representative for the seller as well as she will be listing my present home.

Wow! Julie is incredible. We called her to list our condo. She did a walk through and made some simple suggestions for improvement. When they were complete, she listed the condo. It sold in 3 days for more than we had hoped. Smart, knowledgeable, trustworthy and dependable. You can't go wrong with Julie!

When I started looking for a house, I was a complete newbie. I knew nothing about the house-buying process; I had never owned any property before. Holly was the listing agent for 36 Hillcrest Rd, Florence. This property was my deceased father’s home, and I am the executor. In addition to being a pleasure to work with, Holly is very competent and handled what was often a stressful situation gracefully and professionally. Holly came to our first meeting prepared with six comps: three recent sales and three current listings. Coincidentally, her recommended asking price was the same as the one I had in mind from the research I had done over the previous six months. While I had spent months preparing the house to be showable,” Holly made a few easy suggestions to further its appeal. I've worked with Lisa Palumbo on three transactions now, all of them very positive. My first experience with her was so good that I turned to her again, and I was very pleased with the results.

Ten years after that first transaction, I called her again to sell my house. Lisa advised me about what to paint, what to fix, and what to leave alone. My wife, Kate, and I would like to pass along our experiences with our realtor, Holly Young, in our recent condo sale in Northampton. A few years prior we had put the unit up for sale and we chose Holly to be our realtor. We had met her at an open house and liked her very much. Holly got us a full price offer the first day.  However, we then decided not to sell the unit.  Rather than being upset or disappointed, Holly assured us that it was fine with her and that she understood.  Thus this year when we decided to put our condo back on the market we contacted Holly. Over the years we have bought and sold properties in Massachusetts, Florida and North Carolina and thus have dealt with many realtors.  Holly has been by far the best. Holly stayed with us for over 10 years, when we were actively looking, then for years when we weren't, and again years later when we were looking. She is brilliant and knowledgeable about a number of things to do with housing. The only thing I wished she had done for us differently is to get us a  better price for the house we bought, but I don't think she could possibly know the number of things wrong with our place that we didn't find out until after we moved in. One of those live and learn things. She did great with the place we sold, and got more for it than our asking price, to our surprise and delight, and also to hers.

We worked very successfully with Maureen to buy our retirement home. We placed an offer on one place that was a dream come true, but turned out at inspection to have a lot of problems. She helped us find another property and she was again patient and provided excellent guidance about repairs needed.
