HISTORY
Delap Real Estate was founded in 2005 by Dennis Delap. Dennis was well-known, respected and loved in the real estate world since 1986. Dennis' own vision was of a cooperative office, gathering the best and most competent, experienced Realtors to measure up to his very high standard of client service. He wanted every buyer or seller to be assured that they were working with an agent who could be trusted completely, to handle all aspects of buying and selling with utmost expertise.
AGENT OWNED OFFICE
With Dennis' untimely death in 2012, seven of the agency's Associated Brokers took over the ownership of the company and continue to strive to uphold his legacy. We run the agency in a cooperative manner with a partnership of Associate Brokers and Realtors, many of which were hand picked by Dennis. We continue to carry out his vision of excellence. As a cooperative office, we all contribute to each other's success. The agency continues to grow and every agent has the advantage of our 200+ years of combined experience. Every transaction is unique and we strive to complete each transaction with seasoned experience, market knowledge, and people skills.
