I cannot recommend Holly highly enough. From start to finish she went above and beyond. Holly helped me with my negotiation and saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Kelly knows the market and you need to hire her. We've worked with other agents in the region and she is easily the best. When she said we would sell our condo in no time because the market was hot, she wasn't kidding. While it took us a while to get our condo ready for sale, once it went on the market she got us a full price offer in a week. When negotiating with the buyer during the inspection process, she was a master arbitrator, getting them to reduce their ask by more than what we expected.
