I chose a condo that was being built, and Kelly was there through the year-long process, making sure the building was progressing, providing me with photos of the progress. She introduced me to local businesses and helped me   find what I needed to make my move-in smooth. She paid careful attention to details, and was readily available when I wanted to reach her. There are not enough good things that I can say about Kelly. She is very easy to communicate with, super responsive, very thorough, and so knowledgeable. Somehow, in this crazy market, she got us into our beautiful home in the exact location we wanted, within about two months! Kelly was an excellent agent for me. I had a tight budget and was looking for a fixer-upper, but in this seller's market in Northampton, it was really hard to find just the right house. Kelly was very patient as we searched for many months. She never pushed me to accept anything; to the  contrary, she discouraged me from buying some houses that I later agreed would have been bad choices for me. I ended up getting a house that was great fit for me. Kelly was a strong negotiator and advocate for me. She also knows a lot about fixer-uppers and had a lot of great tips to offer me about houses, what bank to try for a good mortgage rate, and so many other things. Even when I was going through the closing process, when I had questions about terms or the process, I would ask Kelly since I knew she would respond fast (and even off hours!) to my questions, and she did without fail. She's also very nice and low-stress. I was really glad I ended up working with Kelly!

We can't say enough good things about Kelly. Kelly is the absolute best- we cannot imagine having gone through the homebuying process without her. Kelly is considerate and understanding. Out of the 4 offers we made, we had to withdraw 2 of them... she helped us navigate through it with flawless grace. Kelly went lightyears above and beyond what I've come to expect from relators in my past experiences. I really can't recommend her enough. from her knowledge of local rules laws and regulations, to her responsiveness to text, emails, and calls. and I think most importantly her hands on approach to making sure everything went as smooth as possible. Kelly knows the market and you need to hire her. We've worked with other agents in the region and she is easily the best. When she said we would sell our condo in no time because the market was hot, she wasn't kidding. While it took us a while to get our condo ready for sale, once it went on the market she got us a full price offer in a week. When negotiating with the buyer during the inspection process, she was a master arbitrator, getting them to reduce their ask by more than what we expected. We were also totally in sync on how to price it, which is always key in getting a quick sale. And we were able to finalize the sale quickly and without a lot of hassle. Kelly was outstanding. I had worked with a couple agents in the past and I thought they were all okay at the time, but I didn’t know what I was missing until I worked with Kelly. She had endless knowledge about the condition of properties, the current market, and strategies on offers and negotiations. She went above and beyond digging up helpful info on property specifics. I tend to be a bit impulsive, and she definitely prevented me from making a couple mistakes. I really felt like she had my best interest in mind rather than just trying to make the sale. We were very lucky we got to work with Kelly Warren in selling our home in Northampton in January 2022. My husband got a job offer and we had to make a quick decision to move from Northampton, Western Massachusetts to California. We came to the realization that the whole selling process will take few months to one year. Then, we met Kelly at the end of December in our home and from the first conversation, we realized that she was very knowledgeable, straight forward, practical, and nice which made us confident in hiring her. I believe everything works very well because of Kelly expertise, her sound advice, and all the selling points to make our home more outstanding to buyers. From the first time we met Kelly until the house closing, it was one month and a half, I believe it is the quickest selling ever. We cannot thank Kelly enough for making it easiest for us.

Kelly was an enormous resource. We looked at homes in more than 8 different towns in the area. She knew most rules and any she was unaware of she provided information. This was especially true for the house we purchased where access to underground utilities were unclear and would affect   possibilities for remodeling. It took digging but she got them for us. Most of all, she took great care in learning what we were looking for and helped introduce us to possibilities we had not considered. A great representative for our interests as a buyer. But also a great representative for the seller as well as she will be listing my present home.

When COVID-19 threatened to displace our family, I called Kelly in a panic asking her to start keeping her eye out for homes that might meet our family’s needs. That was at 3:00 on a Tuesday afternoon. We were at a showing that evening. Kelly is incredibly transparent in every aspect of the homebuying process. She let us know immediately how intense the market was in our area during the pandemic – incredibly competitive, having to make multiple offers. We never felt out of our element. Kelly explained everything perfectly – her knowledge about the area we were buying in and the properties themselves was remarkable. She also treated our 9-year-old with such respect, knowing he was also an integral player in the homebuying process. We always went into an offer with a competitive strategy because of Kelly’s expertise. When our offer was accepted, she made sure we stayed on schedule, answering every question (sometimes ridiculous and embarrassing) thoroughly and graciously. If something came up that was frustrating or confusing, Kelly presented us with all of our options and a strategy for how to weigh them. We would not have gotten our AMAZING house if it weren’t for her. Something else that is important to mention since we are still currently in a pandemic: Kelly’s attention to safe showings, social distancing (having hand sanitizer and masks readily available in case one of us forgot either) made me forget that we were searching for our home during unprecedented times. Only concentrating on the house we were looking at and not our safety, made it so much easier to make smart and intentional decisions. What should have been a stressful time for our family turned out to be fun and enjoyable. It would be a tremendous mistake to not allow Kelly to handle your real estate needs.
