Erica grew up in Southampton and accompanied her mother on real estate appointments all across the Pioneer Valley during her youth. You could say she was very well acquainted with the real estate business by the time she was an adult.

A couple years after graduating from UMass Amherst with an English degree in professional and technical writing, Erica drove across the United States to play among the beaches of southern California for about a year. When it was time to return to her roots, she ended up in downtown Boston where she worked in financial advisory services from 2012-2021. Covid, however, brought Erica back “out west” from the big city, where she joined a small local financial advisory firm in Greenfield. During her years working in the financial industry, Erica has been recognized for her precise attention to detail and strong work ethic. She is also well-versed in prioritizing clients’ needs, client confidentiality and the value of good and consistent communication.

Erica obtained her Salespersons license for real estate in the Commonwealth in late 2019 and is very excited to have the unique opportunity of teaming up with her mother, April West, who has 40 years of experience in the industry. She is committed to continuing the quality of service and personal caring for clients that April has prioritized in her career and is looking forward to learning from one of the best Realtor’s in the state! 

Erica is a member of the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley, the MA Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
