Hi! I’m April West 

After living in the Pioneer Valley for over 40 years, I recently moved to Greenfield from Southampton and am enjoying the beauty of Franklin County as I explore new roads on my bicycle.

I have been a licensed agent since 1986 and have sold homes in practically every town in the three counties that make up the Pioneer Valley. I have represented several builders in my career and have earned specialist designations in new construction, relocation and negotiation. With hundreds of real estate transactions over the course of my career, I have been a recipient of sales awards from the Realtor Association of the Pioneer Valley since 1996.

From 2011 to 2018, I joined Berkshire Bank as a mortgage loan officer which allowed me to gain critical knowledge in the residential mortgage lending industry, including first time home buyer loan products and available grant funds.

Three years ago, my daughter, Erica Graham, joined Delap Real Estate as my apprentice and agent in training. Erica brings her honest personal style, good sense and over a decade of personal wealth management skills to our team. Now my youngest, a published poet, CJ West, has joined as my social media advisor.

I’m actively involved in the Southampton Congregational Church community. I presently sing in the choir and manage the historical 275 year old building. I’ve been a member of the Southampton Assessor Board, the Arts Council, and have served on many other committees. I am passionate about finding good homes for wonderful people, making art, gardening and bicycling.
