Joy Rain

Joy's real estate, business, and higher education experience extends over fifteen years. She has been a real estate investor, property manager, and landlord for properties in the Pioneer Valley and the Boston area. Before joining Delap, she was the managing principal of her own consulting firm, and a professor in higher education. Joy has worked with corporations and business leaders, college faculty and students on issues of diversity and acceptance of difference.  These experiences along with her passion, energy, and enthusiasm gives her clients an out-of-the box agent that gets the job done.
