Carol Smith

I have lived in the Pioneer Valley since 1979. For over 20 years I lived on a farm in Colrain raising 3 boys, llamas, cows, pigs and assorted fowl. I served on the Colrain finance committee as several school committees. During this time I returned to college and received a BA from Amherst College, and an MA in Anthropology from the University of Massachusetts as well as a teaching certificate. I taught juvenile offenders in state DYS programs for over 15 years as well as history and chorus at Easthampton High School. I moved to the Northampton area in 1996, and in 2002 my husband and I purchased and restored a 200 year old farm in Easthampton. For fun, and sometimes money I sing with my own group and the Valley Jazz Divas. Currently I serve as chair of PACE, a local performing arts center, as well as the Easthampton Cultural Council.

I  have been a real estate agent for over 5 years and have earned the ABR certification as well as the new Green Certification from the National Board of Realtors. I love driving on country roads and looking at rural properties but have sold homes in Hampshire, Franklin, and Hampden counties.  I work with both buyers and sellers, and as a full time agent Iam ready and willing to help you with all your real estate needs.
